It emphasizes slow, smooth, and relaxed movements that integrate mind and body, promoting balance, flexibility, and stress relief. There are several styles, such as Chen, Yang, and Wu, each with unique forms and techniques. Taijiquan also has a martial aspect, focusing on neutralizing and redirecting an opponent's force.
